Child Obesity is a big problem nowadays. Small children tend to have more on fried potato chips and cold drinks. Automatically these small children are growing more on weight. Today small children are suffering from so many medical problems like diabetic, hypertension, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and many other medical problems.
First of all, Parents have to be health conscious. Either they should encourage their child to go to the playing ground, swimming , karate classes aerobics or dancing class. You should see that your child should perspire through any form of exercising. Don’t encourage your child to stay in Ac room too much or wasting time in TV / Computer Video games. Moreover don’t put pressure only on studies let them allow playing also. In addition Fix all Tuition teachers according his or her playing time. Be strict on fried items, Cold Drinks and Junk Foods. Make them learn to have healthy food. From childhood only make them learn about exercise or playing time. It will be a habit throughout his or her life.
Whenever you take your child for any fitness centre speak to the instructor, understand the design of the workout of your child and then make admission. Fitness Programmes are all different from each other. A Good Fitness Guru will routine different type of Classes for different type of requirements like Height Growth, Weight reductions or any other Medical issues. Thus, it’s not only about fixing workout sessions for your child, it’s about self-knowledge too. So always before you start any form of workout it should be discussed and then properly and scientifically designed and then to start the class.
You can follow these set of exercise for your kids in home itself.
Firstly Stand straight with your legs apart. Put your hands on your waist, and twist your upper body towards right by keeping your lower body intact as shown in the pic. Now with the same posture bend yourself and try to touch your forehead with your knees and count 8. Now release and repeat the same with your left side. Repeat the whole process 4 times. It gives backbone flexibility and enhances height.
Secondly Sit down with your legs straight. Now lift your hands straight in air and bend yourself to touch your toes with your hands as shown in the pic. Stay in the same posture, count 8 and then release. Repeat this 5 times. This helps to grow flexibility in body.
Finally (Stretch yourself): Lie down straight with your hands and feet stretched. Stay this way for few seconds and relax. Repeat this process for 6 to 8 times. This helps to relax and gain energy in your body.
