1) Lunges: Standing with your feet hip-width apart, your back straight, shoulders back, and abs taut, is a good posture to adopt. Slowly bend both knees until your back knee is just above the floor by taking a step forward. Get back to standing position. Keep on switching legs throughout the workout.
2) Pushups: Pulling your belly button towards your spine will help you to tighten your core and contract your abs. Take a breath in as you slowly drop yourself to the ground while bending your elbows. Exhale, then push back up through your hands to the starting position by tightening your chest muscles.
3) Dips: Elevate your body by pressing into your palms and move forward a small amount from the chair. Once your elbows are bent, stoop down. Throughout the entire range of action, control your movement. Repeat by slowly raising yourself back up until your arms are nearly straight.
4) Squats: Almost all of the muscles in your lower body, including your thighs, core, calves, glutes, hamstrings, and abs, are strengthened by doing this exercise. Squats, however, are primarily used to strengthen the muscles in the butt region.
5) Crunches: Crunches: Lie down with your knees bent and your back straight, with you hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders, contract your abdominal muscles, and hold the position for few seconds. Slowly return to the initial position.
