Place your hands by your sides and maintain a straight posture while standing. Jump up, spread your feet apart, and raise both of your hands in the air. Jump once more to get back to where you were.

3)Squats: Almost all of the muscles in your lower body, including your thighs, core, calves, glutes, hamstrings, and abs, are strengthened by doing this exercise. Squats, however, are primarily used to strengthen the muscles in the butt region.

4)Pushups: Pulling your belly button towards your spine will help you to tighten your core and contract your abs. Take a breath in as you slowly drop yourself to the ground while bending your elbows. Exhale, then push back up through your hands to the starting position by tightening your chest muscles.

5)Mountain Climbing: Core strength and endurance can be enhanced by mountain climbers. Get on all fours Bring your left leg up to your chest at this point. Your right leg should be close to your chest. Repeat it on the other side.
