Exercises:
1) Eyebrow Lifter: To make your eyes open, firmly place three fingertips between each brow. As you attempt to crease your brows against your fingers, smile. Hold. After then, roll your eyes upward towards the top of your head while closing your eyes. Hold for 30 seconds while continuing to beam. Five times after release, repeat.
2) Jaw Exercise: Make a fist with your left hand while seated and lay it on your jaw with your thumb facing downward.
