A few Height growth exercises for your child are:
1)Jogging: Stand upright, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Pull your knees up as you slowly come to rest on the balls of your feet, one leg at a time. Continue until the set is finished.
2)Cobra Stretch: Keep your elbows tight to your body while lying on your stomach with your hands directly under your shoulders. Inhale as you raise your chest off the ground and straighten your arms. For 25 seconds, hold the cobra position.
3)Jumping Jacks: All of your body’s major muscles can be stimulated by performing jumping jacks. It is a full-body exercise that is used for warm-up and cardio exercises. Place your hands by your sides and maintain a straight posture while standing. Jump up, spread your feet apart, and raise both of your hands in the air. Jump once more to get back to where you were.
4)Spinal Twist: Inhale as you lie down and hug your knees. Kneel down to the left and softly press them down with your left hand as you exhale. Next, turn to the right and extend your right arm. For eight to twelve breaths, remain still. Inhale, then reposition your hands and knees in the middle. On the opposite side, repeat.
5)Child Pose: Kneel on the ground with your heels pressed firmly against your buttocks. Put your hands on your thighs, and lean forward while keeping your arms out to the side on the floor. Lay your head on the ground, and concentrate on your breathing.
6)Jump Squat: The toes of your feet should be pointed outward while you stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
As though you were going to sit back on a chair, bend your knees, and push your hips back. Jump up straight while driving through your heels. When you touch down, keep your knees slightly bent and return to the squat posture.
