Every year, World No Tobacco Day reminds us about the serious dangers of tobacco addiction and the importance of building a healthier society. Continuing its long-standing mission of promoting fitness and awareness, Soumen’s Workout along with the Jago India Jago Fitness Campaign is organising the 16-Year Anti-Tobacco Rally in Kolkata on 31st May 2026.
The rally aims to spread a strong message against tobacco use and encourage people, especially the younger generation, to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.

On behalf of the team Soumens Workout, we are cordially inviting you to be part of International Yoga Day, 2025 which will be organised on 21st June, 2025 from 07.30 AM onwards at Press Club.
In the event we will be joined by children and elderly people in their 50s ,60s, 70s and 80s. We will be promoting our fight against child obesity and workout of elderly people in their 50a, 60s, 70s and 80s.
We will also be joined by few specially abled children. Our goal is to spread the awareness of fitness and wellness through YOGA WITH SOUMEN, India’s leading fitness guru.
