The prevalence of type 2 diabetes and obesity is rising, which is contributing to the non-alcoholic fatty liver and making it a major factor in liver cirrhosis. The best treatment for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), as there is currently no medication for it, appears to be a change in lifestyle that emphasises physical exercise. Worldwide, over one-third of the population suffers from nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which over time can lead to cancer and cirrhosis, sometimes referred to as liver scarring. Exercise can improve patients’ quality of life, physical fitness, and liver fat, but there is no approved medication or effective treatment for this common condition. The usual course of therapy for fatty liver disease is diet and exercise to reduce weight, regardless of alcohol involvement.

1) Jogging: Jogging is an aerobic workout that is good for managing fatty liver and is also good for your heart, blood vessels, and aerobic fitness.

2)Pushups: Pulling your belly button towards your spine will help you to tighten your core and contract your abs. Take a breath in as you slowly drop yourself to the ground while bending your elbows. Exhale, then push back up through your hands to the starting position by tightening your chest muscles.

3) Bhujangasana: Under your shoulders, place your palms flat on the ground. Hug your elbows into your sides while bending them back straight. To raise your chest off the ground, inhale. Keep your low ribs on the floor and roll your shoulders back. Be sure to maintain the hugging motion of your elbows. Keep them from veering to either side. Avoid turning it up.

4) Leg Raises: Lay on your back with your legs straight and parallel. Lift your legs all the way up while keeping them straight. Reposition your legs so that they are just above the floor by lowering them slowly. Hold for a short while. Back up and raise your legs. Repeat this movement.

5) Squats: Almost all of the muscles in your lower body, including your thighs, core, calves, glutes, hamstrings, and abs, are strengthened by doing this exercise. Squats, however, are primarily used to strengthen the muscles in the butt region.
