Workout at the age of 40’s is a must for everyone. This transition can get all the more traumatic after entering forties with inactive life style. 2. Stretching workout- One should go for few stretching workout to keep the body flexible. Few side stretching workouts with front bending and back bending exercises with 16 counting 3 to 4 sets.

3. Strengthening workout – For those who are above 40’s should go for strengthening workout like pushups. Don, Squatting, Biceps, and Triceps curls with single and doublehand shoulder press with 16 counting 3 to 4 sets.

4. Lastly one should end with few Ashanas and cool down exercising like Bhujanga Ashan, Salva Ashan and Saba Ashana to cool down.
